Join us for 10 days of devotion during Fall Navarātri as we celebrate Goddess Durgā through mantra, meditation, and ritual.
There is one Goddess.
She goes by many names and can be approached through countless forms.
There is one Devī.
I first came to know the Goddess as Mā Durgā. Through her, my path eventually led me to other forms of Devī.
But for me, Goddess Durgā is Mahāśakti, the Great Goddess, Śakti herself: Consciousness’s own power to know itself, to reveal itself, and to become this whole living world.
And this fall’s 10 Days of Devotion is all about Goddess Durgā.
Together, we will chant her mantra, offer her the altar of our hearts, and sit with her in deep contemplation.
This is a really special Navarātri because we leave for a month in India just two days after it ends. In many ways, these ten days are our spiritual preparation, and we’d love for you to be part of it.
This year’s practice will be a little different. Our first nine practices will happen at night, which feels especially fitting because Navarātri means “nine nights.”
Each practice will be offered live on Zoom and recorded for those who cannot attend live. We’ll also have a private WhatsApp group for simple daily connection, reminders, and sharing throughout the sādhana.
Sliding scale: $36 / $54 / $72 / $108
As always, no one will be turned away for lack of funds. If cost is a barrier, simply email crescentcityyoga@gmail.com.
