❤️🔥A satsang about the heart space in The Heart Space. ❤️🔥
Join us for a monthly satsang exploring the heart as a doorway to presence, devotion, and deeper connection. You can attend one gathering or join us for all three.
For the last several years, my spiritual practice has revolved around the heart.
It started as a simple intention (saṅkalpa), centered on love. At the time, I didn’t exactly know what I meant by it. But over time, through practice and grace, I came to see that Love as something deeper: as a quiet presence beneath the noise, a place of refuge, wisdom, and connection to something greater. Eventually, my intention evolved into ‘devotion to the Divine.’ While I refer to the Divine as the Goddess, she goes by many names and lives within every tradition. But through my practice, it feels like this one thing is true: we connect to that something greater, the Divine, the Goddess, whatever words you like — through the heart.
Drawing on the wisdom of yoga, non-dual Tantra, and the bhakti tradition, each gathering will include meditation, chanting, mantra, mudrā, and a discussion.
Together, we'll explore the heart as a doorway to the Divine and the deeper connection that unites us all.
You’ll learn a traditional Gaṇeśa invocation, simple take-home practices, and explore the role of devotion and mantra in Tantric yoga.
Open to everyone. Whether you are new to these teachings or have been practicing for years, you are welcome.

Community Kirtan at The Heart Space guided by Vera Lester
Kirtan is one of the practices of Bhakti Yoga — the yoga of the heart.
Together, we'll sing simple mantras and sacred songs, using the resonance of sound within our bodies as a focus of awareness.
All voices are welcome! The joy of singing together affirms that each of us belongs, and we are connected to each other and the Mystery of life.
No prior experience necessary. An open heart is all that's needed!

Oṁkāra is a simple and powerful communal chanting practice guided by Zia Oatley, where we gather in a circle and continuously chant the sacred sound Oṁ together.
As voices overlap and merge, the practice becomes a shared field of vibration, resonance, and presence. Over the course of about 45 minutes, we soften into breath, sound, and silence, connecting more deeply to ourselves, each other, and the underlying pulse of life itself.
No experience necessary. All are welcome.
