10 Days of Devotion: Navarātri Sādhanā

🍂 10 Days of Devotion: Fall Navarātri Sādhanā

Embodying the Goddess

Monday, Sept 22 – Wednesday, Oct 1

Navarātri is a 9-night, 10-day festival honoring the Goddess, Devī, in her many forms. In the Tantric tradition, these ten days can be seen as a journey into the heart of Śakti — the living power of love, wisdom, and strength within us.

This Fall we will honor:

🌺 Śrī Durgā — fierce mother and protector, embodiment of strength and courage (3 nights)

🌺 Śrī Lakṣmī — the radiant giver of abundance, harmony, and beauty (3 nights)

🌺 Śrī Sarasvatī — the flowing current of wisdom, creativity, and truth (3 nights)

This model offers a sacred progression:

🪷 First, we awaken inner strength and protection with Durgā.

🪷 Then, we invite harmony and nourishment with Lakṣmī.

🪷 Finally, we open to clarity and wisdom with Sarasvatī.

The 10th day (Vijayadaśamī or Dussehra) celebrates victory, integration, and renewal.

Each goddess represents qualities already alive within you. Through mantras, mudrās, meditation, and reflection, we will invite these energies to awaken more fully in our daily lives.

The theme of this sādhanā will be embodiment: noticing where we feel contracted or out of balance, and opening to the qualities of protection, abundance, and grace that the Goddess offers.
