True Nature: Costa Rica Yoga Retreat

If you’ve ever asked yourself any of these questions, True Nature is the Yoga Retreat for you. This will be a true yogic retreat, where we’ll disconnect from our daily lives to explore our yoga practices at a deeper level.

True Nature is unique because it is not just a “yoga vacation.” It is an in-depth yoga retreat in scenic Costa Rica. The retreat is designed to help you move inward on your journey of self-discovery. Our goal is to support you on your spiritual path through yoga practices, introspection, and connection in a supportive community. This is an all-inclusive, affordable retreat with everything included except for your flight.

The retreat will be based on the teachings of Non-dual Shaiva Tantra. In this lineage there are 10 yamas (values) and 10 niyamas (invitations) that are the core of the ethical practices. Lee and Kelly will share their personal practices and lead practices, dharma talks, & workshops focused on this topic throughout the retreat.

🌴 CURRENT PRICING

Shared Room: $2,050

Single Room: $2,500

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The deposit goes towards your total. The total amount is due by September 1, 2025. Payment plans are available.

🌴 Location:

Vida Asana is conveniently located 90 minutes from San Jose Airport (SJO), just outside of Jacó in beautiful Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. Situated between the lush tropical beauty of the jungle

and world-famous beaches of Playa Hermosa, the location provides easy access to a variety of activities and excursions, yet offers a peaceful jungle setting to repose in retreat.

🌴 Dining:

Three delicious meals per day are included in your retreat.

The meals are made from scratch using whole and, as often as possible, organic ingredients. The food is gluten free, and vegan centric (eggs and yogurt options at breakfast) and fish served at dinner every second night.

All allergies or dietary needs are easily accommodated.

🌴 What’s not included

• International flights (from the US to Costa Rica round trip)
• Add-on activities such as additional massages (one included with retreat), zipline, surfing
